Nohonani 203 is a premium oceanfront,1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner unit, with stunning ocean views that can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has been beautifully updated with a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, and updated appliances and does not have A/C. The living room offers plenty of seating and a dining area for four. A comfortable sleeper sofa is perfect for additional guests. Entertainment includes a flat screen TV with cable and complimentary high speed WiFi. This unit is one of the rare condos where the bedroom is directly on the ocean, rather than facing the street. Go to sleep to the sound of the waves and awake to amazing ocean views! The bedroom offers a King size bed, TV with cable and opens to the ocean lanai. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk in shower with seat, and custom cabinets with granite counter top.
This property is sure to please with panoramic ocean views and direct access to a white sandy beach, excellent for snorkeling and swimming with turtles. During the winter months, enjoy front row seating for whale watching. The west facing views offer fabulous year-round sunsets from the comfort of your private lanai. Summary: Great location and nice place. Pull out couch not the most comfortable as a couch but most aren’t. Lounge chair on deck could use a new kitchen. Place was perfect for our week. Having kitchen was better than hotel. Location is walkable to a lot of stuff.
