Its south facing ground of 150 m2 is totally enclosed and shaded, it is decorated with a fountain and a barbecue. It benefits from the regular passage of cows from neighboring farms and allows direct access to the path that leads to the creek and the oak forest.
Inside, on the ground floor, living room of 45 m2 including living room, dining room and kitchen is decorated with old furniture restored while having comfort: dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee pod, TV , internet connection etc.
Upstairs, three bedrooms (one of 20 m2 divided by a Japanese partition) are furnished with three double beds and two single beds and a second bathroom with toilet and shower.
