3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 6. This is a well-presented cottage with accommodation comprising of a large lounge with lake views, a combined kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, an office space, and a family bathroom. All accommodation is on the ground floor.
The entrance to the property leads from the external deck into the large lounge with high ceiling and fabulous lake views. The lounge offers ample comfortable seating, large TV, large corner window, window seat, and a wood burning stove. An ideal space for friends and family to relax in the evenings. The combined modern kitchen and dining area is well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and much more. The sleeping accommodation consists of three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, drawers, hanging rail, and views of the front garden. Bedroom 2 faces the rear of the property and offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with WC, sink, and electric shower, and ample storage for all your belongings. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds, with front garden views. All bedrooms have wooden floors. The main family bathroom includes a WC, sink, storage, and spacious shower cubicle. The office space includes a desk, chair and lamp, and a reading area for those that just want a quiet apace to read and relax.
An external decked patio area is available for guests use and includes outdoor furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is no direct lake access from the property. This outdoor area is a perfect spot to enjoy a sunny day, dine al-fresco, or simply relax while being surrounded by nature.
