Positive: It was close to the beach with clamming guns, a wagon, and sand toys! Private road was nice and quiet. The view from the kitchen and patio was beautiful. Nice spaces to relax for kids and adults. I really appreciated the stocked kitchen. The kids also enjoyed the basketball and the space in the basement.

Summary: Overall, everyone in our group was comfortable and had a wonderful stay.
