Podere Vinsantaia consists of the farmhouse with two floors, San Lorenzo, and of a one-story building, the Vinsantaia or winery. Both buildings have been divided into apartments with independent entrances. An ancient abode of farming families, the homestead has undergone a skillful restoration: while the prominent features of the old structures have been maintained, seven apartments of varying size have been carved out, equipped with all modern comforts, contemporary decorations and elegant and well-designed furnishings. Visible beams, handmade earthenware tiles in the floors, and soft color schemes on the walls are integrated in every residence with modern and elegant furnishing solutions, and with the presence of some ancient memories, bringing into the interior the rhythm of the surrounding countryside: cypresses and age-old oaks, olive tree groves and far-away woods beside regular maintained vineyards, meadows and soft hills in an intriguing harmony of the historical and the present day. There is a shared laundromat present on the property for autonomous use, equipped with a washing machine, a basin for hand washing, an ironing board and a drying rack.
