Larches Cottage is a pretty little three bedroomed cottage in an enclosed L shaped upper courtyard along with two other cottages.
(There is a lower courtyard with access to the communal garden and barbeque area.)
The kitchen and living room are one combined, open plan space.
Kitchen; There is a farmhouse kitchen table with five chairs and two bar stools at the kitchen worktop area.
Living room: there are two big sofas, a bean bag, small arm chair and an electric 'gas' fire.
Downstairs WC and sink. Stairs up to the bedrooms and small bathroom. I x King, 1 x Twin and 1 x Single. Each with chest of drawers and wardrobe (except the twin - there is a clothes rail in the airing cupboard if needed).
Nestling deep in the heart of the South Hams, the cottage is in a great position to explore the local beaches and country walks.

Summary: Our family with 2 children enjoyed our stay at the cottage- it was cosy for the winter days and had everything we needed. Host was really flexible for check in and out times. Location is lovely and rural but with beautiful beaches in reach plus a lovely local pub. Thanks for a lovely stay.
