Summary: The property is 8 mns walk to SM, walkable to The Cathedral, 15 mns to Burnham Park, its in a street where its quite busy, noisy if u open your window . Condo building is fine,with small convenience store/ shops inside. This is a review of another unit coz the host switch us last minute due to some problem on the original 4LW10 unit. Its a 1 small bedroom ,2 can sleep in the full bed. A bunk bed outside (3 max person) the living area, sofa, small dining table ,chairs & clothes drawers. The bathroom is small, the floors gets wet everytime u shower even though there's a curtain. A small fridge, microwave, kitchenwares are available. Though it was clean theres some roaches roaming ! Wifi is ok, unable to watch tv as it says unavailable when u open the channels. But we're there for a vacation so it's not a biggie. U can always hail a taxi as it's in a busy street, a family mart convenience store across & some small eatery besides the building. My only complaint was that the map location in Expedia is misleading! Thats not the real location.Description is not right.The property person who was supposed to let us in was not aware that we booked the original unit?poor communication between the host & property management? Also we cant check in early! At least hotels do let u check in early when its available, almost all the time.I just cant believe that a condo can't! Even just for like 2 hrs early? Price is reasonable for the holiday season.
