Welcome to our Cozy 1BR/1BA Condo nestled in Monroe County on the shore of Lake Monroe. This is a completely renovated condo within the gates of Eagle Pointe Resort. Whether in town for business, visiting IU, or seeking a relaxing getaway to Lake Monroe and all Monroe County has to offer, this unit will definitely serve your needs.
The recently renovated space will accommodate up to 4 people with one bedroom (King) and a super comfortable, brand-new Lazy Boy sleeper sofa. The unit includes free Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, washer and dryer, and a patio lounge. The unit is located approx. 3 mi from Fairfax Beach and Four Winds Resort & Marina and 12 miles to downtown Bloomington & Indiana University. Take a dip in the community pool (seasonal).
The unit has a dedicated parking space. Absolutely no trailers are allowed within the community, but trailer parking is available across the road, for a fee, by calling Eagle Pointe Club. Exterior security camera on-site.
