This stylish second-floor apartment is the perfect space for up to 4 guests! Located in the prestigious area of Morningside, the apartment has many bustling cafes, independent shops and bus stops right outside the door. Just a short bus ride to the city centre attractions makes this an excellent location for sightseers! Complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a more comfortable stay. There is no elevator in the building however the flat is worth the short climb! The Space: The apartment is newly refurbished, meaning all of our fixtures and fittings are modern and up to date. Our bright and spacious bedrooms both feature comfortable double beds as well as considerable storage space and views looking out onto the delightful Morningside. Our comfortable living area provides an excellent place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The living area features two double sofas as well as high-speed WiFi and Virgin TV. The modern kitchen area provides all of the essential amenities to make you feel at home. There is more than enough space to prepare a nice warm meal, which can be enjoyed on the dining table for 4! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home! Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: Morningside is a short 10-minute bus journey or a 30-40 minute stroll from the city centre. The area is famous for its wide array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The building sits directly in between a 'Costa coffee' and Luca's ice cream cafe ( a favourite amongst locals). Everything you will need during your stay is just a stone's throw away from the building, including a 'Marks and Spencer's' food hall, a 'Tesco' and even a cinema! Getting Around: Bus stops can be found a short walk away from the apartment, giving you quick and easy access to the city centre and Edinburgh's main attractions. There is free on-street parking located on the surrounding streets, which is quite rare for Edinburgh. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 7 AM.
