Cozy home with beautiful mountain views in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Asheville airport, a short drive to downtown Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard and close to many gorgeous trails and waterfalls. It’s a perfect spot to relax, unwind, catch a sunset, and enjoy the natural surroundings, while still being conveniently located near everything you need.
The space is located in a walkout basement with a private entrance in the rear of the house. The deck is a great place to unwind and there is plenty of space in the yard to enjoy.
We have a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and bottles of water. We also have snacks out that you are welcome to enjoy.
Note: While we do our best to keep noise at a minimum and are respectful, some noise may travel from upstairs into the basement apartment.
