If traveling during the holiday season (Nov. 23rd - Jan 1st) our historic downtown area which is located just a few blocks away from the house was voted the #1 Christmas town in the greater Asheville, NC area and the #2 place to see Christmas lights in Western North Carolina with the tradition of lighting up the town with over 1 million Christmas lights followed by a parade, carriage and hay rides, ice skating and other family friendly activities! Whatever you’re in town for, I guarantee that you’ll enjoy staying here. Come relax, sit on the porch, and unwind from the everyday hustle.
When you rent this studio, the entire yard is private with a fire pit and the hot tub. The main house upstairs is a vacation rental as well and has private parking and a private entrance.
The main house upstairs doesn’t have access to the yard or the hot tub. The porch area upstairs is strictly for our guests that rent the main house. If you travel in an RV there is plenty of space to accommodate your RV. Just let us know and we will let you know the best spot for all your needs.
