Enjoy this newly renovated chalet in the prestigious area of Moonridge. This A- frame style home has ground floor master with King bed and a 2nd floor loft bedroom with magnificent mountain views. Laundry available for your convenience. The outdoor space inspired our name, "Winterland". You, your family and 4 legged friends ( dogs only) can enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, BBQ, spa, hammock, tire swing and completely fenced yard. As long as mother nature provides - enjoy the private sled hill on the property. We provide the sleds! A Nest thermostat, an A/C split, high speed internet and loaded Roku TV (including cable) are just some of the additional amenities offered. No steep driveways. Flat and level parking.
