Come on in and enjoy our updated, and cozy home! Large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and new granite countertops. Recently updated master bed/bath to include a walk in shower with double shower heads and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with Queen bed and Crib that can also double as an office space complete with desk that looks out into the backyard with Jack and Jill bathroom to second bedroom that has been used as a nursery/kids room. Individual, wall mounted a/c and heat units in each room, w/ separate controls. Tons of closest space upstairs, as well as dressers and built in shelves. Hardwood floors throughout, with a carpeted playroom off of the kitchen w/ oversized sliding glass door that leads to the large, fenced in backyard w/ pool. (Pool is also fenced in separately so you are able to keep kids/animals outside of pool but inside of the backyard privacy fencing- will be closed end of September). Newly installed concrete patio area with grill and propane fireplace to enjoy those perfect NY Fall nights! Additional carpeted basement space with work desk, workout equipment and TV. Plenty of kids toys but will be organized and put out of the way if they are not wanted/needed. Close to all area hospitals, and medical buildings/facilities. 2 miles to get on to 490, and 5 mins from two Wegmans. Walking distance to Starbucks, and Dunkin Donuts. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. 5 minute walk to park with playground, baseball field and dog park!
