Summary: Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made: - the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage) - unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,.. - finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe
