Recently renovated in 2022 with a brand new bathroom, stainless steel kitchen appliances including a double oven, quartz countertops, new carpet in all bedrooms, new washer and dryer, new water filtration system including reverse osmosis tap (same as bottled water) and fire pit. Brand new dock for 2023 season!
This lakefront cabin is an ideal setting for a family vacation or long weekend getaway any time of year. The cozy cabin features high ceilings in the main living space with new ceiling fan and original pine interior for the rustic vibe. Enjoy the outdoors with a deck off the main living room with 2 chairs and a new porch swing, extra large picnic table for family dinners outside, huge yard with trees providing shade all day long, new Weber grill, new Breeo smokeless fire pit with adirondack chairs, wood tree swing, hammock and extra long dock. Tandem kayak and paddleboat available for guests to use during your stay. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit with provided wood and the best sunset views of the lake!

The cozy cabin includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs, a huge loft bedroom upstairs that’s a kids dream space with another attached bedroom with tv. The downstairs shared space includes kitchen, living room, dining area, smart tv, laundry room with sink and washer/dryer, with screen doors overlooking a beautiful view of the lake.
Perfect retreat for your next family or couples getaway. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the best place to stay on Chautauqua Lake. Bemus Point features shops, playground, grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurants, and brewery all with awesome views of the lake. Enjoy a night out at The Ellicottville Brewing Company (EBC), Bemus Point Golf Club & Taphouse, The Fish previously known as The Italian Fisherman, Village Casino or The See-Zurh House — all within a mile from the house! Southern Tier Brewery is a short drive away around the lake.
Parking available for 3 cars in the driveway. Left side of the driveway is shared with neighbors so must be left open as a right of way.
Use of dock is included in this rental. Dock stays in the lake as long as possible, but comes out for winter.
