"Bärsta Torpet" is a 30 square meter house, located 3 km from the nearest town Stigtomta. There is a grocery store, a gas station and a pizzeria here. The nearest town Nyköping is 18 km. Skavsta Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Another airport is located in Norrköping. a. Direct flights to Munich. Stockholm can be reached in 90 minutes via the motorway.
Bärsta Torpet is away from roads, embedded by fields and a forest on one side, a tiny nature reserve and the lake on the other side. Wild orchids grow in the nature reserve.
The closest neighbor is the landlord, who lives on his farm 100 meters away and farms a strawberry plantation. Here everyone picks their own strawberries, and in the small cafe you can have a coffee and eat an ice cream.
