Recently renovated, this 3 bedroom cottage will charm you with its location, decor and proximity to the lake Saint-Louis.
Huge backyard with a fire pit, walking/cycling path and a municipal park/beach are yours to enjoy.

This 2 floor cottage was recently renovated with guests comfort and functionality as our priority.
Located in the Montreal suburb of Pincourt, close to the waterfront (lake Saint-Louis) and nature, but only 40 minutes from downtown (by car).
A train can take you to town as well, it runs regularly during peak hours.
The main floor comprises the entrances (2), an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room as well as the Master Bedroom and the full bathroom.
On the second floor you'll find a second bedroom, a third bedroom/office and a storage closet.
The house comfortably accommodates 4-5 guests, as each bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed.
Please note that the 3rd bedroom is set up as an office but 2 sleeper chairs can also be used as comfortable twin beds (2).
The Ground Floor has a wall Air Conditioner and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
If you enjoy walking, running or cycling, the multifunction path is right in front of the house. Several kilometers long, you can go along the shores of the lake and admire the view (the sunsets are spectacular). Or choose to explore the residential neighborhood all around.
You'll have access to a 50' Roku TV and a fast unlimited Internet connection to work remotely. The Roku is set up in Guest mode do you can enjoy streaming from your accounts.
KITCHEN
Our spacious new kitchen has plenty of storage.
All appliances are provided - a kitchen range with an oven, fridge, microwave/fan and a dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine, an electric Tea Kettle and a few complimentary teas and coffee pods to get you started.
Our welcome package includes a small olive oil, a few spices, a few packs of Instant oatmeal, a maple syrup and a jam.
All pots & pans, dishes and glasses, utensils, knives are provided as well.
Dish soap, some dishwasher tablets and some basic cleaning products are included.
LIVING ROOM
Cozy and bright, it has a waterview from one window and a patio door for the deck and backyard access.
Read a book, sip a glass of wine or binge watch some of your favorite shows.
OFFICE
One of the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor has been set up as an office for your remote work. We recently added 2 sleeper chairs which can be used for sitting but also fold out into 2 comfortable twin beds.
WASHER/DRYER
A washer and dryer are installed in the spacious bathroom on the ground floor. Complimentary detergent is included.
BATHROOM
Our full bathroom (bathtub/rain shower head) is located on the main floor of the cottage. We provide toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a couple of spare toothbrushes, in case you need them.
BEDROOMS
A good size master bedroom is located on the main floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor (stairs). The 3rd bedroom is set up as an office but with 2 sleeper chairs (2 twin beds).
OUTDOOR LIVING
A very big yard is at your disposal. The deck is accessed through a patio door from the living room. An outdoor table and chairs as well as a propane BBQ are set up in the summer.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire house to yourself. The property has its own private entrance.
A keypad code will be provided for self-check-in. There is a lockbox with an extra key on site as well, in case you need it.

> The minimum rental age for this house is 25 years old. A valid ID will be asked for before the check in.
> Smoking of any kind is completely prohibited inside the property.
A deodorizing fee will be charged (min $300) if we detect the smell of smoke.
> Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise level down.
> We allow one well behaved dog of up to 30 lbs.
> For extended stays (over 4 weeks), we ask you to pay for a biweekly cleaning service at a cost of $35/hour (3 hours minimum)
> This property is located in a residential area, therefore we strongly recommend that you have access to a vehicle.
