Positive: I loved the location, and the home itself was very cute and accommodating for the six of us. The jacuzzi and game room were a lot of fun, and the kitchen had a smart pot, which made it easy to cook soup. Overall, it had a warm, home-like feeling that made our stay enjoyable.
Negative: The kitchen was missing a skillet, so we had to use pots for cooking. The cabin could have been a bit cleaner—the bath rugs and stair rugs were pretty dirty. The sink in the downstairs bathroom overflowed when turned on, splashing water onto the floor. The massage chair is very old and doesn’t work properly, so it likely needs replacing. In the king bed, there were a couple of rolled-up paper towels, which almost gave the impression the sheets hadn’t been changed, though they did look and smell clean. One of the reclining chairs on the couch was stuck open, and there was also a comb and a child’s sippy cup underneath, which added to the feeling it hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly. The laundry room at the office was locked when I needed it, but once I contacted the host, the issue was resolved quickly.
