The flat hat has two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and a open plan, kitchen dining and living area which leads out onto an outside patio area. This would be the perfect place for up to 4 people looking to stay in a quieter neighbourhood which is still easily accessible to Central London. This ground floor flat is located on a friendly and quiet street just a stone’s throw from the canal. As you walk into the flat, to your left are the two bedrooms. Walk down the corridor and you will come to the bathroom. Head to the back of the property and you will find the open plan kitchen living and dining area. From here you can also gain access to the garden. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The kitchen has everything that you will need during your stay should you wish to self-cater. So if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal you will find a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and tableware to create a cosy atmosphere. Likewise everything is to hand for that much needed cup of coffee the next day. The wooden dining table seats 4 people. On a good day it is lovely to open up the French windows leading into the garden, let the fresh air in and to feel as though you are dining outdoors. There is a comfortable sofa - perfect for relaxing on after a long day exploring all that London has to offer. BEDROOMS Both of the bedrooms are a very good size and are filled with natural light thanks to large windows and high ceilings that create a sense of space. Each bedroom has a double bed that will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in wardrobes for you to hang up your clothes and store all of your belongings away. BATHROOM The bathroom has a large walk in shower, with a luxurious waterfall shower head, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. House Rules: We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything :) The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.Please note, this apartment is on the market and that there might be occasional viewing at the property (guests will be informed in advance).
