Relax and get away from it all in our modern Australian holiday home set on a hillside in farmland with breathtaking views across dam, forest, farmland and National Park to magical granite rock outcrops and a petrified forest above William Bay. Be mesmerised by the views or captivated by stunning blue wrens that dance around you as you sit on the jarrah deck. Kangaroos will watch you from the forest edge. Native birds of many varieties will delight you as they frolic, fearlessly around the house.
The location is fantastic and ideal for a summer holiday or a winter retreat. Autumn and Spring are beautiful times on the South Coast. Denmark town centre is just 10 minutes away and wineries, restaurants, cafes and family activities are all within easy distance.
You can walk from the house to the Denmark-Nornalup Heritage trail or the Monkey Rock Winery or drive for a few minutes to your choice of glorious beaches - Green's Pool is just 5 minutes away or the wide sands at Ocean Beach are 15 minutes away. Fabulous coffee and chocolate at the Chocolate Lounge is 3 minutes away.
The light and airy house has timber flooring throughout, a large open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen including breakfast bar, microwave and dishwasher. The covered jarrah deck has a gas BBQ and outdoor settings where you can soak up the beauty. Inside the house, enjoy all year round views through picture windows from the dining area or snuggle on the lounge near the wood fire. There is a TV/DVD and a laundry with washing machine. Electric blankets in Bedrooms 1 and 2 during winter to ensure a cosy night.

Sleeping
There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 8. One room has a Queen bed; the second bedroom has a King double which can be split into twin singles if preferred; the third bedroom sleeps up to 4 people with a bunk bed that has a double bed below a single bed and a separate single bed.
The Queen and King double beds are equipped with electric blankets in the cool months.
The house has a heated bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet and there is a second, separate toilet in the house with handbasin facilities.
Two pedestal fans can be moved to add to the natural summer cooling of Denmark.
A Great Getaway for three couples
We have recently altered the bed configuration and can now accommodate three couples in separate bedrooms in King, Queen or Double bed comfort. Take a long weekend away with your friends and enjoy this beautiful part of the world. Take a winery tour, eat out at any number of hidden gem restaurants or simply walk along a deserted beach with the forest behind you and soak up the beauty. Where else in the world can you do that?
