The City Hall with its many events, the City Hall Park, the Parliament are within sight. It is only a few minutes to Karlsplatz, the opera and Stephansplatz, to the parks on Ringstrasse. While the U2 is being rebuilt, the tram line 2 (vis a vis the house) is the next means of transport. In addition, there are Bus 13A, all Ring lines and the U3, Volkstheater station. In the immediate vicinity you will find 3 supermarkets (standard/ superior/ organic), 2 traditional Viennese coffee houses, Viennese Beisln (traditional restaurants), excellent Viennese and international restaurants, original small boutiques.
