1 Bedroom Apartment in Old Town, Perugia
The flat is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated ancient building in the historic centre of Perugia. It is 3 minutes (on foot) from the Arco Etrusco, 8 minutes (on foot) from Piazza IV Novembre (Fontana Maggiore), 10 minutes (on foot) from the Church of San Francesco al Prato. The flat is also 5 minutes (by car) from Perugia railway station, 15 minutes (by car) from Sant'Egidio airport, 30 minutes (by car) from Assisi. Designed to the smallest detail by interior designers.
-The Bedroom
The bedroom, complete with radiators, is separated from the living area by a sliding door in tinted glass. It has a double bed with ultra-comfortable memory pillows. Entering the room, we find on the right a large built-in wardrobe, containing clothes hangers, a clothes rack, and an ironing board, to allow even longer stays. The wardrobe also allows the storage of suitcases, so that they are not left on the floor. Next to the bed is a bedside table, flanked by an electric socket for charging the telephone. There is a window, fitted with blackout curtains and mosquito nets, which overlooks the ancient alleys of the historic centre. The lighting throughout the flat has been designed by experts in the sector, and allows the combination of direct and soft lighting, creating different lighting effects as you wish.
-The bathroom
The bathroom is windowed with frosted glass and mosquito nets and also overlooks the alleys of the old town. In addition to the toilet and washbasin, there is a bidet, a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted radiator. We also provide a hair dryer and beauty kits consisting of hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair caps. A set of clean towels of three different sizes will be provided for each guest. Household cleaning products are also provided. Finally, there is a wall safe next to the entrance door, and a locker containing a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
-Kitchen
The kitchen is complete with: stove, filter hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, cutting boards, non-stick pot and pan set, designer plates, cutlery and glasses, wine glasses, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon lipton tea. There is also dishwashing detergent, sponge, rags and a washing machine.
-The living room
The living area features a sofa bed, with a mattress inside, which comfortably sleeps two more people, a dining table, and a cabinet with a television, which is equipped with an Amazon Firestick that will allow you to connect your Netflix or Prime video account to enjoy movies and TV series, or even just satellite TV.

Guests will have access to the entire flat, with the exception of a few lockers in which some products used by the cleaning staff are kept.

The property is located in ZTL. Parking spaces with blue stripes are only chargeable from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:30. There are also on-site guarded pay car parks, such as the Saba Sant'Antonio car park.
