This large three double bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of a recently refurbished Victorian red brick mansion block. It benefits from three en-suite bathrooms and ample storage and living space. The apartment has a modern living area with a large flat screen TV. The fast WiFi makes this space enjoyable for a family, and the bespoke open-plan kitchen with integrated Neff and BOSCH appliances and utensils add to the appeal. There is a separate guest WC featuring under-floor heating and a heated towel rail.

Should your arrival is outside of the office Hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm), you will require to collect the keys from nearby lockbox.
- Check out is at 11am. Should you need a late departure, please request this directly with us 48h prior to check out. This is subject to availability and an extra cost might apply. If you stay beyond the check-out time of 11am, unless a different time has been pre arranged with us, you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly rate.
- Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted. The property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours.
- There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the booked property.
- Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement. Cost can depend on the type of key and time required of getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
-Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival. For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
- We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
