Nestled in the secret neighborhood of Hope Ranch Annex, Hummingbird Haven is where you can get away from it all, but still walk to coffee and the local pub. A Greenbelt creek and bike path to Campus Point is three blocks away for scenic rides, and access to More Mesa, including its lovely beach, is less than a mile. Downtown, the beach, and UCSB are only five miles from home while the rest of Santa Barbara's attractions, such as Wine Country, picturesque wilderness, museums, art galleries, and performance theaters, are easily accessible without traffic. And yet, you may never want to leave!
The house and gardens were designed with pleasure, connection, fun, and just chilling in mind. Inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area for lounging after the day's adventures and a chef's kitchen culinary enthusiasts will adore. Unwind on the furniture while watching a game on the TV, courtesy of the NFL Red Zone (with cable) package this home includes. When you're not admiring the stimulating art, grab one of the provided books and catch up on some reading in the cozy sitting room.
Out back, you'll discover an expansive enclosed backyard with several discrete sitting and dining areas with room for groups to both spread out and come together, as well as the coolest outdoor shower you'll ever use. The kids have plenty of room to frolic as the group chef sears meals to perfection on the grill. Play a game of cornhole or croquet before dining alfresco in the warm California air. Afterward, go for a soothing soak in the hot tub or lie down in the hammock. As the stars come out, gather around the firepit, then head back indoors for a blissful night's rest.

Things to Know
There is a small apartment attached to the far side of the house that shares the garbage cans. This apartment is rented by a long-term tenant who helps out occasionally with gardening.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
