Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with spacious outdoor living areas. Light and spacious interior. Great indoor/outdoor flow.
Outdoor infrared heater.
Located on the main road just 1 km from Kuaotunu beach, Lukes Kitchen, Cafe and general store. 5 minute drive to Otama 10 min drive to Opito Bay. Whitianga is 15 ks and Matarangi 8 ks. Coromandel 28ks, New Chum Beach 24 ks, Hot Water Beach/Cathedral Cove approx 50 ks. Petanque, tennis courts, playground and library 1 k.
Ideal space for a family or 2 couples plus. Quiet well behaved dogs .accepted on application only - one off $30 fee per dog applies (please read house rules) . Although property is fully fenced, there are gaps, so dogs need to be supervised at all times.
