Positive: I liked the staff. The desk staff was very kind and helpful

Negative: I had to insist on the room as shown on booking.com. Then my stay was more than adequate. Evidently there has been a changeover because there is a new owner. My last three days there was an included breakfast. It saved me ten dollars a day. I love the location. Luang Prabang is like a university area, with young people and lots of activity and a night market daily. The manager was a great help eventually. There is another facility with the same name and cheaper rooms, but I stayed with this one because of the location. The bidet hose leaked the entire stay...staff responded to my entreaty to fix it by wrapping it with toilet paper?? There was hot water, but limited pressure.

Summary: Yes and No...nice staff, great location. A few things need to be fixed.
