Look no further, here is the ideal apartment! Located in Sant Andreu de Llaveneres, 30 minutes by train or car from Barcelona, we offer a large duplex of 180m2 for up to 8 people. The apartment is located in a seaside residence. You will have access to a large garden and communal pool. The duplex is on the 5th floor, with elevator. You will enter directly into a large living / dining room with a table that can accommodate all your guests and a large corner sofa with a plasma TV. The Vintage kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils.), to make all your dinners. From the living room you have a direct access to a large balcony / terrace overlooking the pool. You will find a large table and some garden chairs. Still on this same floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom suite. A second bedroom with double bed, last one with two single beds. A second bathroom is on the same floor. From the dining room, stairs will take you to the upper part of the duplex. This is a large living area with table, sofa, overhead projector and a sleeping area with a double bed. From this bright living room, you will have access to a terrace of over 70m2 with sea views. The terrace has many plants and is fully equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs; Sant Andreu de Llaveneres is a seaside town, residential and family area, located 30 minutes by train or car in the north of Barcelona. The city is lined with a large beach. Restaurants and bars are located in the city center. Check-in regular time between 15h00 and 20h00, after 20h00 you will have a 20€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 30€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 20€. Early check-in before 15h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 20€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. Barcelona city tax not included: 1.00€ per night per person. - Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. - This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
