Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This place is located outside of the hussle, but just right in between the Pai walking street, and the park area. Places in between you want to be. The apartment is so much more spacious then you would think from the outside. The kitchen is well equipped for easy cooking, the beds are super comfortable (which is rare), and there is a sitting and dining/table area. Some games and puzzle in the house which we really liked.

Negative: If the guest of the nearby guesthouse sit outside, you can enjoy their talk and laughter maybe a little more than you would like. This does stop at 21:00/22:00 latest though, so it's not a problem at night at all. The same goes for people/traffic coming by on the street. There is a little 'wildlife' inside the house, some gekko's and mosquito's found their way in during our stay, although it could be bad luck because all the windows and openings have proper nets on them.

Summary: Spacious and well equipped apartment for decent price
