Summary: Our stay was spectacular. There is a reason this hotel is on all the Best of Lists (Condé Nast, Travel & Leisure, etc.). From the moment we checked in everything was quality—welcome amenity of a historical book, an expansive included breakfast, the down service, we could go on an on. A+ stay! We would like to specially thank the Front Office Manager, Elçin for accommodating a late checkout, and also her team Batuhan & Gokberk at the front desk for very informative recommendations. Hakan & Omar at the restaurant were exceptionally kind and offered excellent service. And finally, our sweet housekeeper Elif. Thank you all!
