Positive: The location was great, home was comfortable with most of the necessities for a great stay including coffee machine and hot tub. The views were fabulous and the location easy for ski in- ski out. Short walk to the Gondola which took us the village with restaurants and shops.
Negative: The house wasn't very clean, especially the kitchen. We had to rewash a lot of the crockery and cutlery, that had been put away dirty. There was no useful kitchen cloth for wiping down benches. There were no instructions on what to do with the garbage or how to operate any of the appliances except the coffee machine and the steam shower. There was supposed to be a docking station to play music but couldn't find it; Apple TV/wand didnt work (no instructions). Looked like there was a sound system but again no instructions. The fireplace in the living room worked intermittently, hard to work out why, and the aiir-conditioning was difficult to control across three levels. We stayed for 12 days and didn't have any cleaning/linen change or rubbish removal. The flooring around the hot tub and the steps were a bit treacherous, and could do with some nonslip mats. The doors out the to the tub were very stiff making it a challenge to close when on a slippery floor. A manual for the house would be really useful, including useful contacts, recommended restaurants, grocery shops, medical centres, rubbish management, check out instructions, etc.
Summary: Really enjoyable stay, great location, house could do with some TLC and polish.
