## Space This top floor flat situated in a quiet & central location just fifteen minutes from the city centre and Edinburgh's main attractions. You will find our flat a home away from home. It's been recently furnished and kitted out with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The flat is professionally cleaned before every visit and my cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. There are two spacious bedrooms available with comfortable queen-sized beds and ample storage space. The living room is bright and airy with stunning high ceilings. This is the perfect setting to relax after a long day exploring the city. There's a TV available here and of interesting artwork to admire. If you'd like to cook a meal in, there's a large dining table and chairs available in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a hob, oven, fridge, toaster, utensils and washing machine. Lastly, there's a modern bathroom with a shower. We supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner for our guests. Less for you to pack! ## Access Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. ## Interaction We will be contactable via phone or email during your stay. ## Neighborhood Bruntsfield is a great place to stay and an ideal location for getting nearly anywhere in Edinburgh. Within minutes of walking out of the front door you can be strolling along Morningside which is full of fabulous specialist shops, drinking a delicious coffee or walking under the blossom in the expansive Meadow park which will take you to the cobbled streets of Edinburgh's Old Town. Please take a look at the guidebook on my listing for some recommended bars and restaurants in the local area. ## Transit It's really very easy to walk into all areas of the city centre, while there are direct bus connections to the airport and wider city are available on the doorstep. Buses: Lothian buses is Edinburgh's local bus company alongside First buses which operate in the wider area. Lothian Buses has a great app available that will help you get around the city. Most Lothian buses have free Wifi and Edinburgh's city centre has free Wifi available as well. There are plenty of buses that will take you into town from the top of the street on Bruntsfield Place. If you use Uber it operates in the city and there is no shortage of taxis - although like most capital cities they can be pricey - which also increase after midnight. An Edinburgh taxi number is 0131 229 2468 (Central Taxi). ## Notes Please note, there is no lift in the building and the flat is on the top floor, so consider this if you have any disability or a very heavy luggage.
