Exceptionally designed furnishings greet you with a smile as you enter this wonderful 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home with bonus bunk room. The living space features high ceilings, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, and a spectacular fire place to bring your family together after a marvelous beach day. Prepare your favorite meals in the spacious gourmet kitchen and enjoy them together around the grand, marble island. The dining area is kissed by the sun as natural light enters the space and features the stylish seating for six. The first floor master bedroom defines natural elegance with the king sized master bed, coffered ceilings, and rustic yet chic furnishings. The emerald colored en-suite bath features double vanities, a walk- in shower, and a stunning soaking tub for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy direct access to the outdoor living from the first floor master and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
On the second floor, you will find the remaining bedroom and bunk room. There are two king sized guest bedrooms with private baths and a guest bedroom with a full sized bed that has access to the shared hall bath. The bonus bunk room has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds and access to the shared hall bath. Also, located on the second floor is a second living area with comfortable seating, TV and access to the balcony on the front side of the home.
The outdoor living space will leave you spending endless time outdoors. The screened- in, covered lanai offers a built in, natural gas grill, fireplace, and mounted TV for true Florida living. ADDITIONAL
- Parking for 4 vehicles
- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 4 beach cruisers.
Reservation/ Booking Policy
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATE:
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, Pool Heat, and CSA Trip Insurance.
