This fabulous little holiday house with a flowery garden terrace welcomes you in a quiet and central location free of traffic, by a little stream and very close to the historical market square in Quedlinburg.
In the rear part of the dining room, a double external door leads out onto your garden terrace with flowers. It has a dining table and three chairs, inviting you to dine outdoors. A parking space can be booked optionally per day.
The narrow little timber-framed house on three floors welcomes you into a nostalgic and very cosy atmosphere, characterized by exposed support beams, a natural stone wall and a carefully chosen interior. Whilst the layout and many elements evoke past times, you can still enjoy a comfortable stay, owing to the comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The living space of 64m² comprises an open ground floor with an integrated kitchen, stairs up to the upper floor, and a dining room with access to the garden terrace in the rear courtyard. The first floor provides a cosy lounge with a comfortable sofa, a rocking chair and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a TV USB port. This floor also has a bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a window and a WC. Further stairs lead to the bedroom on the second floor, with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and bedside tables and reading lamps on either side.
