Convenient to the Tryon Equestrian Resort (4.7 miles).
After a long, tiring day at the Equestrian Center, Restin Quarters awaits. Leave the stress and pressure of the show ring and relax on the wrap around deck overlooking the fire pit.
Unfortunately, due to increased fire risk, the N.C. Forest Service has issued a ban on all open burning and has canceled the burning permits for this county until further notice
Cathedral ceilings offer a spacious feeling on the main level with a gas fireplace in the great room. The sunny dining area has access to the deck via French doors. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you would need to prepare breakfast for two or a celebratory dinner party for a crowd. King Suite Master is on the main level with its own private patio. The laundry area with oversize washer and dryer has a separate side entrance.
Up the stairs is an office area with a desk and extra seating. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and Ensuite bathroom with large tile shower.
The lower level boasts a great room with a flat screen TV, game table and a kitchenette area. Walk out to the fire pit area to roast s'mores and star gaze up at the beautiful Carolina sky. In addition to the great room area is the third bedroom with a queen bed. A full bathroom completes the lower level.
The area beyond the evergreen trees is not included in the rental. There may be neighborhood pets playing there.
Green River Highlands is a beautiful gated community of 430 acres located on the banks of the Green River. A landscaped park offers fishing, picnic tables, charcoal grills, playground and basketball. Come and enjoy the sounds and sights on the Green River.
About 20 minutes west of Rutherfordton, NC in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains, you can visit the popular Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Asheville, Charlotte, Hendersonville and Spartanburg, SC are less than an hour away.
Golf courses, horseback riding, canoeing and hiking are only a few of the recreational activities in the area. Lake Lure boating and swimming, Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock and other nearby tourist attractions.
