Located just off of US 27 in Lake Placid, enjoy this newly built getaway on the lower level has1500 sq ft of space and views of the lake everywhere you turn. This unit has its own separate and private entrance. Parking available for 2 vehicles.
There is a 600 sq ft. screened in porch with outdoor seating, outdoor dining area and hot tub for relaxing evenings with a lake front view.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with an ensuite that has a walk-in shower, double vanity and access to the washer and dryer. A 55 inch TV is also in the room.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with an ensuite that has a tub/shower. Also in this room is a twin sized murphy bed, a 32 inch TV and desk.
Both bedrooms have views of the lake from their window. Darken curtains in the bedrooms for additional privacy.
The living room has a large 75 inch TV with free Wi-Fi. An additional queen size murphy bed is also available in the main living area for additional need.
