Positive: The outdoor amenities and how many beds there are is convenient for a family. They really have everything you could possibly need for children
Negative: Floor was falling through in front of the guest bed with the bunk bed and in front of the master bath toilet. Both bathrooms had black mold. The guest bath needed a new liner in the shower and was missing some hooks on the shower curtain.
