Beautiful 5-bedroom apartment on Recogidas street, one of the most famous street in Granada, 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The apartment is located in a classic building from the 40s and has been renovated preserving stone elements of the original construction and decorated in an elegant and modern way with great detail. It has a parking space in the annexe building of medium size (tourism).
Upon entering the apartment, in the hall on the left, we find the first bedroom with a 150x200 double bed. Then, going through the beautiful corridor with details of the original stone, we find the second bedroom with a 105x200 single bed and the first of the full bathrooms with a shower.
Continuing to the end of the corridor, we reach the living room, the elegantly decorated dining area and located next to the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessities for the stay and a small laundry room which is accessed through the kitchen itself. The living area is differentiated from the dining room by a stone arch of the original structure of the building and has sofas, a small table and smart TV, the living area is very bright thanks to the large window that leads to the balcony of the accommodation with views of Recogidas street.
In the living room we have a second corridor that distributes the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms of the apartment. The first bedroom on the left, has 2 single beds of 105x200 and in front of it, there is a second bedroom with a large double bed of 180x200. Continuing down the hall we find two full bathrooms with a shower and the last of the bedrooms, also with a large 180x200 double bed.
The apartment is in a perfect location in the center of Granada, a few minutes from the Cathedral area, and close to the Carrera del Darro, the Alhambra and the main tourist attractions of the city, being a good choice for those travelers that they come to visit and get to know the city and its monuments.
