"Beach Villa Baabe 6 - time out". Experience a relaxing "break" in our luxurious apartment in 2014 newly built beach villa Baabe. We spoil you with direct beach location, certified whirlpool, sauna and fireplace.

Our apartment is about 100m from the flat white sand beach. It is located in the 1. Upper floor of the beach villa Baabe and can be reached either via an elevator or the stairwell. The apartment extends to 73 m², is barrier-free and allergic friendly and offers enough space for 4 people.
In the cozy living area with fireplace, you will find a spacious seating set, a smart 3D TV incl. Blu-Ray player and a mini stereo system available. Of course, there is no lack of a private WLAN with free internet access.
The open kitchen with a bright dining area and an integrated bar invites you to linger. On the spacious balcony you will find comfortable garden furniture and a beach chair. Listen to the sound of the waves over a delicious drink in the evening.
In our two bedrooms you can enjoy your well-deserved rest after an eventful day. One bedroom has a double bed (continuous mattress), while the other has two single beds. In both bedrooms there is another TV.
For protection against small pests, insect screens are installed on the windows of the bedrooms, in the bathroom and on the balcony door.
Hygiene is very popular. We have an automatic flushing unit in the apartment, which causes according to regulation DVGW 6023 in the absence and vacancy every 72 hours a hygiene flushing of the drinking water. So you always have fresh drinking water available.
Another highlight - our wellness bath with certified whirlpool and bio-sauna!
After an extensive sweat bath, the floor-level spa shower ensures a refreshing cooling. Alternatively, find relaxation in a relaxing "bubble bath". The second bathroom also has a shower and toilet.
Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We offer protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
