It's the perfect spot for a laid back stay with easy access to all the sites of St Augustine (less than 30 mins away). Two basic units: 3 bed/2 bath house and 2 bed/1 bath cottage located adjacent to each other. No swimming off dock.

There are two simple, sweet houses on one property, which you get both with your rental. Clean and updated, with a no-frills, relaxed feel to help you get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peace of the river.
Sleeps 10 in bedrooms. Main house: 2 Queen beds and 2 Singles. Smaller cottage: 1 Queen bed, 2 singles, 1 queen pullout couch in small open concept living space

Must be 23 to rent. No smoking inside. Dogs allowed for a fee ($25/night per dog; $100 minimum, $250 maximum).
