When you walk into the home you are welcomed by the home’s open and spacious floor plan. This spacious floor plan makes group gatherings feel more united, even when people are spread out doing their own thing. The interior is tastefully decorated and has been recently refurbished. The home’s windows and skylights illuminate this open floor plan during the day and make star gazing indoors possible at night. The home is always incredibly clean.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. There is dining for 6 at the dining table as well as 4 bar-stool in the breakfast nook. There is also outdoor dining for 10 on the deck. For the convenience of guests, a washer and a dryer are provided. There is a stove fireplace as well as central heating to keep the dome warm and cozy during the winter months. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms.
Outdoors is the perfect place to hang out with the group and enjoying its amenities while you also enjoy the scenery of the tall pines. On the deck there is plenty of seating for outdoor dining, a BBQ.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for stays booked for November, December, and January.
Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Check-in instructions: We now offer self-check-in. You will receive an email confirmation from us for your stay; the email will provide you with the address to the home, our office, and the office number. If you do not see this email, please also look in your spam folder. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text or email with details on obtaining the key.
Parking: Free parking is available for X vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $28 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
