Positive: The variety of activities on offer the grounds and its position with good

Negative: The gentleman that served us at the front desk was rude we booked through bookings.com which advertises children stay for free when I completed the booking form. I highlighted out auto was nine years of age. There was nowhere in the form where it requested to pay additional for a bed when we arrived we were told we would have to pay an additional $60 for someone to make the fold out couch for her to sleep in. The man at the desk said he was aware of the issue with bookings.com and after we complained he then took a photo of my reservation from my phone spoke to his manager and then they didn’t charge us for the linen to make the bed for our daughter. When we checked in there was no information as to what time breakfast was, we arrived at the hotel approximately 7.30 pm only be to be told that all the restaurants kitchens close at 8pm so we would need to go back into town to eat.

Summary: We felt it was overpriced for what it was for a single night stay. This hotel would be a good value for larger families.
