Positive: The location is great if you love to walk. It is between two unesco sites and near the beachfront walkway. The kitchen is handy.
Negative: The listing should clearly indicate that you cannot pay by credit card and need to pay by bank transfer or cash euros, both of which can be hard and expensive if you are not in the eurozone. The apartment is very basic. When I visited the owner seemed to be absentee and the apartment was not really ready for prime time.
