The unique sea view and the attractive surroundings promise an unforgettable holiday under Mallorca's sun. A house as you wish for your holiday; on the first line of the sea, sheltered on the steep coast, with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea in front of your door. The interior decoration is characterized by many different paintings and typical decorative elements of the island, in the living area this is especially emphasized. But even if there is a lot to discover, the spectacular view remains the absolute highlight. The adjoining solid wood kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your culinary evenings a success: it has an electric cooker with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary small kitchen appliances such as kettle, coffee machine and toaster. You can also use a washing machine. On 150 sqm living space, spread over two floors, there are three comfortably furnished bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms for up to 6 persons. One of the bedrooms is a passage room, which offers no less comfort. The two bathrooms are equipped with everything you need during your holiday, one is en suite. Outside there is stylish patio furniture, such as the dining area under the canopy and some sun loungers to lounge under the Majorcan sun. When the sun goes down here, it colours everything in a dreamlike light, use this great time of day to have a barbecue on the terrace and far away from the daily routine, forget about time. In the ESMIRADOR house, the living areas are connected by steps, please note this if smaller children or older people are travelling with you.
