Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe im Bergdorf Bermersbach (der sogenannten Sonnenterrasse des Murgtals). Die ca. 60 qm großen Ferienwohnungen mit herrlichem Ausblick wurden in den Jahren 2018/2019 renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kostenfreies Wlan und ein Garagenstellplatz stehen zur Verfügung. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche schöne Wander- und Radwege auch für anspruchsvolle Touren rund um das wildromantische Murgtal. Auch sonst bietet das Murgtal zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten. 2006 und 2012 erreichte Bermersbach eine Goldmedaille im Landeswettbewerb "Unser Dorf hat Zukunft - Unser Dorf soll schöner werden."
Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören eine Einbauküche incl. Elektroherd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Abzugshaube, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, sowie ein separater Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Das Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche mit Waschbecken und WC.
