Die Wohnung liegt im Forbacher Höhenortsteil Bermersbach (450m ü. NN) im romantischen oberen Murgtal. Bermersbach ist auch unter dem Namen"Sonnenterrasse des Murgtales" bekannt. Die Wohnung liegt in unverbauter Ortsrandlage mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge und ins Murgtal. Umgebung: Ein Dorfladen mit Backwaren kann man in 400m Entfernung bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In Forbach (3km) gibt mehrere Gasthäuser. Zu einer Einkehr laden auch die gemütlichen Waldgasthöfe in der Umgebung ein. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Forbach (3km). Ganz in der Nähe unseres Hauses beginnt der bei Familien sehr beliebte Glücksweg und der Ziegenpfad. In Bermersbach gibt es ein Freizeitgelände mit Boulebahn, Bolzplatz, Barfußparcours und diversen Spielplatzgeräten. Das nächste Freibad ist 5km entfernt. Das Wanderwegenetz im Schwarzwald ist perfekt ausgeschildert. Die Skigebiete an der Schwarzwaldhochstraße oder am Kaltenbronn sind 20km entfernt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Bermersbach über eine Buslinie an das Bahnnetz an der Haltestelle Forbach angebunden. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Alles wurde noch schöner, moderner, neuer und größer. Das Haus befindet sich in Hanglage, der Hauseingang ist im Kellergeschoss, die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung besteht aus folgenden Räumen: Ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, im größeren Schlafzimmer haben wir noch ein Kinderbett und eine zusätzliche Waschgelegenheit. Ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zusätzlichem SAT-TV. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Zusatzgeräten wie Toaster, Filterkaffee- und Kaffeepadmaschine, Wasserkocher usw.. In der Küche befindet sich auch die Essecke. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine ebenerdige Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Das WC ist in einem separaten Raum. Zur Küche und zum Wohnzimmer gehört jeweils ein Balkon von wo aus man den herrlichen Panoramablick genießen kann. Bei uns erhalten Sie ausgiebiges Informationsmaterial zu allen Touristikthemen. Rabatte und Pauschalen für Früh- und Langzeitbucher auf Anfrage; Waschmaschine- und Trocknernutzung je 2,50 Euro. Unsere Terrasse mit Gartenhütte lädt ein zum Relaxen und Erholen. Ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbeln und Gartengrill. Für Ihr Fahrzeug steht ein Carportstellplatz zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können Sie in einer Garage einschließen. In der Garage kann auch Tischtennis gespielt werden. Unser Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Ermäßigte Langzeitmiete auf Anfrage.
