Positive: Excellent location and spacious for a group of 8. Easy instructions to collect keys and small elevator for ease of getting suitcases upstairs. Large kitchen with suitable cooking facilities. Bedding was thoroughly warm. Neatly presented
Negative: The central heating didn't work consistently but there were small room heaters supplied so we weren't cold. Water pressure of the showers on the main living floor is very low, not sure if that's just a London thing or not. Lots of street noise for the 2 bedrooms facing the street.
