Positive: A beautiful house with a lot of history, converted into a hotel, with charming architectural details and a lovely garden. The two fireplaces were the highlight of the common areas, making the atmosphere especially cosy at night. The staff were also really kind and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. We wished we could have stayed a little longer than just one night!
Negative: The room was a little cold, but the staff were kind enough to bring us a hot-water bottle to warm the bed, which was a lovely touch. It would have also been nice to have some herbal tea or infusions available in the evening.
