Positive: We liked near enough everything. The view, the modern well equipped extremely comfortable house, cleanliness of everything, furnishings were like new, sizeable ensuite shower rooms and toilets and washing facilities to two bedrooms plus a large main bathroom with a shower. Three good size bedrooms. Extremely well equipped kitchen with very new oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer, sizable fridge and freezer. Ample utensils to cook and prepare dishes whilst enjoying the sea view. The showers are great with good control of temperature and flow of water. The place is so peaceful and quiet and secluded with a sea view you could die for, it is very difficult to believe you are not far from a good Coop food shop and eateries and a Witherspoon pub and play area for the Primrose valley Holiday park. You can park right next to the house, so no problem loading and unloading your bags. The road is narrow but leads to a dead end, so not many cars go past the house at all. So tranquil when you sit out on the balcony and listen to the sea lapping up on the beach. Watch with amazement the gorgeous multi-colour sunrises from the balcony or even whilst lying in bed. While lying on the balcony you can also feel the early morning gentle refreshing sea breeze, as the sun gently appears above the endless sea. It is the perfect place to unwind and is absolute bliss to get away from everything and everyone and just relax, reset, reinvigorate, rejuvenate, clear your inner senses, and your of course have your inner soul bathed in solitude. What a little beach holiday palace Leah has created out of a virtual reck of a house. It is now a house that is a testament to her graft and vison and creativity, of which she should be very proud.
Negative: The Beach is a bit further to get to than I expected from the view in the advert. It is down a steep slope along a road and through a gate approx 150metres to walk. There were lots of dogs on the beach which I thought were banned on the beach in the Filey area? Finding the house. Needs a clear sign at the fork in the road to show where the Beach House is. I missed taking the right fork in the road down the steep slope to the upper cliff flats. Large cars need to be careful when turning around to leave the house as road is narrow and turning area tricky.
