This private nicely designed 1 bdrm walk ups great for anyone looking for a place to call home during a visit to Philly.
This is an apartment building in the heart of Center City. It's an amazing area and has so much to offer in the area and inside the apartment. We are located on the 4th floor and it is 3 flights to the apartment.

You need only to walk out the door and choose which direction to go in and you will be pleased with all the great places and choices of things to do and find. We are also near Penn Hospital a few blocks away and a short 12-15 min walk to Benjamin Franklin Parkway where they have all the museums and places of interest.
We recommend taking advantage of our location and using the Metro/Subway station or simply walking around. Parking is tough but you can find a spot, you have to read all the parking signs in Philly. There are paid parking lots nearby where you can also leave your car if you wish.

Our apartment is designed for maximum comfort and convenience. A nice one bedroom unit with a nice walk in living room with a sofa sleeper couch which sleeps 1, a 40' flat screen tv with Netflix and Hulu ready so you can log into your account. Lovely seating area and a nice sunny dining space where 2-3 people can have nice morning meals or dinners. Very intimate.
There is a nice fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, all cooking utensils and pots and pans, dishes and cups. Everything you need to enjoy a meal.
We have a stand up shower bathroom with plenty of hot water and water pressure.
The bedroom is a private bedroom with its own doorway. Has a comfortable full size bed, nice lighting and a comfortable ceiling fan. There are windows throughout the apartment for fresh air and sunlight.
Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.
The apartment is located in a classic Philadelphia building yet we have provided all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. AC is also included in the spring and summers and heating is provided in the winters. WIFI is also included and ready for use once you check in.
We could easily fill in 4 paragraphs about this lovely area. We are in CENTER CITY, a short walk to City Hall and the Metro Station which takes you through most of the City. Short walk to Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, The Constitution Center, and everything historical, because we are located in Historical Center City itself.
There are more restaurants, bars, lounges and shops including the Amazing Antique Row only a few blocks away.
You can walk almost everywhere. Uber and Lyft and taxes are all nearby also. Metro subway is also nearby on market st and on broad st about a 6 mins walk.
