Positive: The house is not very large, but it is very well organized. It was extremely convenient to have two TVs – one on the first floor and one on the second. I also appreciated that all cleaning supplies were available. The dishwasher worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The beds were very comfortable, and overall, everything was arranged compactly and thoughtfully. I truly appreciate the effort put into making the space cozy and functional – thank you! Another great thing was that the hosts and their manager always responded promptly to our requests and messages. Their communication was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay.
Negative: As a family of five adults and one child, we were disappointed that the washing machine didn’t work during our stay. There were also some minor issues with the doors – they were a bit difficult to open and close using the electronic keys. Additionally, we experienced some inconvenience with the community administration. At first, we weren’t allowed to access the pool, and later, they didn’t allow our friends to enter the property. I understand this is not the host’s fault, but the administration of the community was honestly terrible.
